Refund Policy: All donations are gifts made voluntarily to Operation Shanti, a 501(c)(3) charity, with no conditions. Donors receive a tax receipt from Operation Shanti at the time of the donation. Refunds are granted only in exceptional circumstances, and only when the funds have not been utilized. Some circumstances in which refunds might be granted include: 1) the donation was made in error or was made in an incorrect amount, or 2) the donation was not authorized by the donor. Donors with exceptional circumstances such as these may contact us to request a refund.

Akhanda Seva for Int'l Shanti is a Section 25 charitable company under the Indian Companies Act of 1956 with 80G and 12A exemption status. Your donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by the relevant tax laws in the U.S. and in India. Funds: General Fund - donations used for all of our charitable programs; Sponsor a Child - sponsor a child at our childen's home; New Children Home Fund - help us build a new children's home.
